Lexington Clinic Receives Healthcare Achievement Award


Lexington Clinic recently received the 2019 Intalere Healthcare Achievement Award for Financial and Operational Improvement. The project, Improved Clinical Compliance and Financial Performance in Chronic Disease Management With Co-Morbid Obesity, was recognized for outstanding and innovative contributions to patients, community and business partners in reducing healthcare costs and improving healthcare quality. This is Lexington Clinic’s second-consecutive Intalere Healthcare Achievement award.

The award was received for Lexington Clinic’s groundbreaking work with the Direct-To-Employer program. Lexington Clinic’s Direct-To-Employer program offers customized, premier partnership options for progressive employers in the Commonwealth, and is able to address both preventive care and chronic health conditions of employee populations to improve both employee health and the bottom line.

Berea College has signed a multi-year, exclusive population health and premier provider network agreement with Lexington Clinic!
