SERVICES
Dr. Zimmerman is board-certified in both Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Zimmerman is a Clinical Specialist in Hypertension certified through the American Society for Hypertension. He is also a Clinical Lipidologist, or lipid management specialist, certified through the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. He holds additional certifications in nuclear cardiology and echocardiography through the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology and National Board of Echocardiography, respectively. Dr Zimmerman is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a fellow of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Zimmerman provides services in general adult cardiology, interventional cardiology, primary and secondary prevention, and cardiac procedures and testing. Dr. Zimmerman's professional interests include performance and interpretation of coronary and peripheral angiography, echocardiography (including TEE), nuclear stress testing, non-invasive vascular studies, as well as the care of patients with all types of cardiac problems including coronary artery disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, arrhythmias, and congestive heart failure.
