Lexington Clinic is excited to announce the opening of a new facility on the main campus located at 1221 South Broadway.
 
The departments and providers listed below will be relocating to the new facility in the near future.  As a patient of one or more of these departments, please note the dates below when your provider will start seeing patients in the new facility. Click here to view the map.
