Lexington Clinic Foundation is proud to partner with local organizations to increase our ability for promotion of health and wellness for all. Through our granting process, we gain insight into each organization’s goals, outcomes and fiscal stewardship. 2017-2018 Community Grants Program

Invitations to complete the 2017-2018 application have been sent. Thank you to all who submitted a Letter of Intent.

Letter of Intent      
Lexington Clinic Foundation is now accepting proposals for our 2017-2018 grant cycle.  Please submit a two page (maximum) letter of intent summarizing your funding request.  You may also submit a one page budget summary, optional. Grant amounts are generally $3,000.00 to $10,000.00

Letters will be reviewed by the grant committee after the postmark deadline. Following first round reviews, organizations will be invited to complete the full application. Please note, an invitation to complete the application does not guarantee funding in any amount.

Community Grant Guidelines

Funding priorities
Education: We are committed to the education of people of all ages. Programs requesting funds should be health related and available to the public.

Research: Requests for funding to support medical research are evaluated using a different application process.  For more information, please see our research page. 

Patient and Community Services: We support the advancement of physical and mental health for people of all ages. We strive to strengthen the quality of individual and family life by providing opportunities for growth and development for the greater good of the community.

Amount 
Typical grants range is $3000 to $10,000

Eligibility
Lexington Clinic Foundation does not fund:
  • Individuals
  • Political organizations
  • Labor organizations
  • Private schools (unless program is open to public)
If the grant is for partial funding, the organization will have twelve months to secure additional funds. Lexington Clinic Foundation will not distribute funds until after written confirmation of receipt of additional funds; if after twelve months full funding is not secure the foundation may withdraw its commitment.
