Lexington Clinic dietitian services guides patients through any and all of their nutritional needs. Bethany Borders, RD, LDE, CDE and Erin Torres, RD, LDE, CDE are both registered dieticians and certified diabetes educators. Bethany and Erin work with all patients seeking nutritional guidance. For patients with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, our dietitians provide instructional classes to provide patients with the right information, tools and support needed to manage diabetes.
