Lexington Clinic is notifying patients of the recovery of a laptop stolen from the Lexington Clinic Neurology Department, located in Saint Joseph Office Park, on December 7, 2011. The laptop was recently recovered and outside forensic testing concluded that the information contained on the laptop had not been accessed. The stolen laptop contained patient names, contact information and diagnoses for certain Lexington Clinic patients receiving services within the neurology department.
