A note to Medicare eligible patients: Lexington Clinic accepts standard Medicare part B, Railroad Medicare and UMWA. In addition, we will continue to accept Humana Gold PFFS and Humana Gold PPO for our established patients. Patients covered under other Medicare replacement policies may contact our customer service department to discuss how they may continue to be seen at our facilities.
