FROM LOUISVILLE, Shelbyville, Frankfort, KY
Take Highway 64, east from Louisville into Lexington to Highway 27/68 (Exit 113).
Turn south on Highway 27/68 (North Broadway)and travel approximately 4.5 miles.
Turn right into the Lexington Clinic parking lot.
FROM CINCINNATI, OH; Covington, Dry Ridge, Williamstown, Georgetown, KY
Take Highway 75, south from Cincinnati into Lexington to Highway 27/68 (Exit 113 ).
Turn south on Highway 27/68 (North Broadway)and travel approximately 4.5 miles.
Turn right into the Lexington Clinic parking lot.
FROM HUNTINGTON, WV; Morehead, Owingsville,
Mount Sterling, Winchester, KY
Take Highway 64, west from Huntington into Lexington to Highway 27/68 (Exit 113).
Turn south on Highway 27/68 (North Broadway)and travel approximately 4.5 miles.
Turn right into the Lexington Clinic parking lot.
FROM KNOXVILLE, TN; Corbin, London, Mt. Vernon,
Richmond, KY
Take Highway 75, north into Lexington to Highway 68/27 (Exit 113)
Turn south on Highway 27/68 (North Broadway)and travel approximately 4.5 miles.
Turn right into the Lexington Clinic parking lot.
FROM PIKEVILLE, Prestonsburg, Stanton, KY
Take Highway 23, north from Pikeville to Highway 114 west to the Mountain Parkway
(Highway 402) until you get to Highway 64. Travel west on Highway 64 into Lexington to
Highway 27/68 (Exit 113). Turn south on Highway 68/27 (North Broadway) and travel
approximately 4.5 miles. Turn right into the Lexington Clinic parking lot.
FROM ELIZABETHTOWN, Bardstown, KY
Take the Bluegrass Parkway east to Highway 60. Travel east on Highway 60 approximately
6.3 miles to New Circle Road. Take the Harrodsburg Road exit and turn left onto Harrodsburg
Road. Drive approximately 2.2 miles and turn left into the Lexington Clinic parking lot.

9.7 miles, exiting at Man-O-War Boulevard (Exit 108). Drive approximately 2.5
miles on Man-O-War, turning left on Richmond Road. Take the second left on N.
Eagle Creek Drive and make the first right into the East Campus parking lot.

Take Highway 23, north from Pikeville to Highway 114 west to the Mountain
Parkway (Highway 402) to Highway 64. Travel west on Highway 64 to I-75 South.
Travel approximately 2.5 miles on Man-O-War, turning left on Richmond Road. Take
the second left on N. Eagle Creek Drive and make the first right into the East
Campus parking lot.
FROM ELIZABETHTOWN, Bardstown, KY
