Dr.
Terre Adams received her medical degree from Texas Tech University
Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine. She completed a residency at
the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. She is board certified in Internal
Medicine. Dr. Adams has been affiliated with Lexington Clinic since
March, 1998.
Dr.
Gary T. Cannon completed a residency in Family Practice at Memorial
Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. He received his medical degree from
the University of Santiago School of Medicine in Santo Domingo,
Dominican Republic and is also a graduate of Cincinnati State Physician
Assistant program. Dr. Cannon is board certified in Family Practice and
Ambulatory Medicine. His professional interests include all aspects of
emergency medicine and urgent care. Dr. Cannon has been affiliated with
Lexington Clinic since October, 2001.
Dr. Susan T. Cao received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Massachusetts. She is board eligible in Family Medicine. Dr. Adams has been affiliated with Lexington Clinic since September, 2007.
Karen S. Gates, PA-C received her Bachelors
degree from the University of Kentucky. She is certified
with the National Commission on Certification of Physician
Assistants. Ms. Gates has been practicing at Lexington
Clinic since 2000
Dr.
Mamata Majmundar received her medical degree from the University of
Louisville School of Medicine. She completed a Family Practice
internship and residency at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Majmundar is
certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Her professional
interests include women's health, adolescent medicine, and urgent care.
Dr. Majmundar has been affiliated with the Lexington Clinic since July
2003.
Jane
G. Moscoe, PA-C received her Bachelors degree from
Georgetown College and her certification in Physician
Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. She is
certified with the National Commission on Certification of
Physician Assistants. Ms. Moscoe has been practicing at
Lexington Clinic since 2003.
Dr.
Baxter W. Napier received his medical degree from the University of
Kentucky College of Medicine. He completed an internship in Family
Practice at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Covington, KY. Dr. Napier is
board certified in Family Practice. His professional interests include
urgent care and preventive medicine. Dr. Napier has been affiliated with
the Lexington Clinic since July 1985.
Kristy Scheibly, PA-C received a Bachelors degree in Biology from Transylvania University and a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. She is certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Ms. Scheibly has been practicing at Lexington Clinic since 2007.
Please note, effective immediately: First Choice locations will accept the last patient 30 minutes prior to closing. Therefore, the last patient Monday-Saturday will be accepted at 7:30 p.m., and the last patient on Sunday will be accepted at 4:30 p.m.
